Thieves strike at Alliston LCBO, again​

The latest theft from the LCBO on Young Street in Alliston netted a pair of thieves $1,662 worth of liquor.

On Feb. 6, shortly at approximately 8:40 pm, two males entered the store filled their bags with alcohol and fled through the front door in a silver sedan, no plate obtained.

 

They stole three bottles of Hennessy Vs Cognac $74.8 each, three bottles of Johnnie Walker Double Black $89.95 each, three bottles of Johnnie Walker Black 12 Yo $36.95 each, two bottles of Johnnie Walker Black 12 Yr $63.95 each, seven bottles of Johnnie Walker Black Label $89.95 each, and eight bottles of Hennessy Vs Cognac worth $37.45 each.

OPP were called to the scene just before 9 pm

Suspect 1 male, wearing a shiny puffer jacket, with green pants and a brown bag with different designs and colors on it.

 

Suspect 2 Appeared to be male, wearing a black jacket, khaki pants, a black took and a red/black/blue bag.

LCBO policy is employees are not to engage shoplifters but call police.
