'We need more councillors who will actually listen'to the editor,

I was pleased to see the wisdom and compassion shown by Councilor Bob Meadows in the Council meeting that was held on Tuesday, May 15 in the afternoon.
Shelagh Finn had started her three minutes presentation during the Public Input part of the meeting, but was interrupted by the Mayor and council member.
When Ms. Finn tried to continue her presentation, she was escorted out of the building by the police at the request of the Mayor.
Councilor Bob Meadows left the meeting shortly after to see if Ms. Finn was alright, and if he could help in any way. He was a help to her.
Thank you Councillor Meadows for caring and helping out a resident of Adjala Tosorontio, once again.
We need more councillors who will actually listen and respond to the citizens.
