Posted November 4, 2019

Two women face 26 charges related to shoplifting at the Tanger Outlets in Innisfil.

South Simcoe Police reported the incident occurred on Satuday and were called in around 9 pm "after a loss prevention officer reported the theft of a large quantity of clothes."

A large quantity of clothes valued at several thousand dollars from numerous stores at Tanger Outlets was recovered in addition to clothing that belonged to stores not at the mall. A large quantity of decorative jewelry was also located from an unknown store. Police seized tools used to thwart security measures on merchandise."
